We, at chisel, allow the child to explore their own personalities, thus encouraging them to discover their true talent. It is a self-organized learning environment where young children are provided with time & space to explore.
Our team comprises of highly dedicated Montessori trained teachers who are eager to impart their knowledge in a Specialised environment, designed around the child.
We, at chisel, have a co-dependent system wherein children learn from each other by observing elder children and getting guidance from them meanwhile getting an opportunity to guide younger ones. We trust, respect and follow the child to suit his/ her needs to become motivated learners, who can self-evaluate.
The indoor & outdoor environment provides the freedom to move within safe and age-appropriate limits thereby encouraging the children to cultivate their social interest, & structure to concentrate and challenge themselves with lots of engaging activities which are made of natural materials keeping in mind about the child’s sensitive periods.

MRS. G BRINDA SUNDAR
Brinda, a post graduate in Science aspires to contribute in developing a better future generation by shaping the younger minds. She started her journey by coaching students for All India Medical Exams, NTSE, CET, AIEEE and more since 2007. Her vision to keep children closely connected to nature began when she started a Play school in June 2013. It was during this phase that she felt the necessity for change in the education system and equipped herself as a certified Montessori primary practitioner for the age group of 3-6 from the International Montessori Society in the year 2015, elementary practitioner for the age group of 6-12 years from Indian Montessori centre in the year 2017 and pursued infancy and parenting certificate program, in the year 2019. After completing Erdkinder AMI orientation programme in the year 2021, she is currently pursuing her 12-18 Diploma with AMI to establish farm school for 7th to 12th grade adolescents. To understand the alignment of Montessori pedagogy and IGCSE board for school affiliation she took up Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning between the year 2020-2022 and is progressing as a successful Montessorian of the present times.

Mr. Muruga Sundaram, a graduate in Civil Engineering, has always been a determined individual to provide an environment of positive and impactful part for a child's education. He has been the backbone of chisel ever since the inception. He has dedicated himself to build this institution that would serve the child to grow up as responsible individuals in building a harmonious society.

MR. ANTO JERRY
Anto Jerry, a psychologist, whose vision had been to create a world of positive thinkers and motivational leaders founded Happie life, a web - based community in the year 2009. He is been a
part of chisel as a parent since 2019, strongly standing by the philosophy of alternative thinking and freedom to develop organically. He is interested in spiritual development of “being” and has a vision to bring out education as an art of living. This vision of his resonated with the vision of chisel and he took over the role of Chief Operating Head in the year 2021. He has undergone adolescent
assistance training with Associate Montessori Internationale to uplift his understanding of Human behaviour in terms of child Psychology. Together with chisel he hopes to create a happy and
peaceful future for the generations to come.
